At STS Collective, every piece is created with intention, quality, and limited production runs in mind.

Due to the nature of preorder and limited drop collections, we currently do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we do offer size exchanges where stock is available. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

To request a size exchange, please contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn and unwashed
Original tags must remain attached
Proof of purchase must be provided

Please ensure you carefully review sizing information and product descriptions before purchasing.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue.

Our pieces are ethically made in Vietnam, produced in partnership with trusted manufacturers in Australia who align with our standards for quality and conscious production.

We currently ship Australia-wide, with global expansion coming soon.

Please allow up to 30 days for preorder items to be processed and shipped. We’re intentionally taking our time to ensure every piece is produced and packaged to the standard we believe you deserve.

Once preorders officially close, all in-stock orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days via standard shipping.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

A sizing chart with garment measurements is provided in the product images of our shirts. Please choose your sizing carefully as exchanges are dependent on stock availability.
